Dormakaba is born.
Two companies have now joined to become Dormakaba. After there merger, they purchased Best Access, Stanley Hardware, Precision Hardware and Design Hardware. They will be consolidating and rebranding all of companies down to 2 brands. Dormakaba and Best Access. The consolidation is not schedule to be complete until sometime in 2021.
